Psalm 103:10–12
“He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.”

There is something deeply contemplative about realizing that God does not treat us according to our worst moments. Psalm 103 reminds us that God removes our transgressions from us as far as the east is from the west. His forgiveness is not reluctant or partial. He does not forgive us while secretly keeping a record of everything He intends to bring up later.

As we continue reflecting on The Gift of Forgiveness, we are invited to reconsider the way we see God. Sometimes we carry an image of God shaped more by human rejection than divine mercy. But the Father invites us to rest in His character: compassionate, gracious, patient, and abundant in mercy.

May today’s declaration remind you that God’s mercy is greater than your mistakes. May you stop rehearsing what God has already released and learn to rest in the freedom of His forgiveness.
