Philippians 1:6 “And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.”

God finishes what He starts. In Philippians 1:6, Paul expresses unwavering confidence that the One who began a good work in us will faithfully carry it to completion. Our confidence doesn’t rest in our ability to persevere perfectly but in God’s unwavering commitment to complete His work within us.

Our August theme, The Grace to Pursue Purpose, reminds us that every step of our journey is sustained by God’s faithfulness. His grace continues working in us long after the first moment He called us.
